Tara Ramsey

Tara Ramsey serves as the Business Systems Project Manager at Watershed Advisors, where she leads projects focused on strengthening internal systems, improving processes, and building operational infrastructure that helps teams work more effectively.

Tara brings more than 14 years of project management experience, including work supporting large government entities such as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Throughout her career, she has specialized in bringing structure to complex work, developing systems and processes, improving organizational workflows, and designing corporate training programs that equip teams to put those systems into practice.

Tara excels at seeing both the big picture and the mechanics behind it, connecting people, processes, and technology to turn complex operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Tara lives at 10,000 feet in the Colorado mountains with her Cane Corso, Hondo. Outside of work, she can often be found backpacking, summiting Colorado’s 14ers, training for her next half marathon, camping in the wilderness, or pursuing her passion in photography. When she isn’t on a trail or behind a camera, she is happiest reading in a hammock at her mountain home.
