Stefany Perez

Stefany Perez is an Analyst at Watershed Advisors, supporting the Early Childhood Education team.

Stefany has experience in public policy, legislative tracking, regulatory support, stakeholder engagement, and government affairs through roles with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protections, and the Center for Rural Pennsylvania. She also served as the Graduate Senator at Shippensburg University, where she represented graduate students and contributed to university governance and strategic planning efforts.

As a first-generation student and the daughter of a first-generation immigrant family, Stefany brings to her work an appreciation of the opportunities created through education, effective policy, and strong systems that better serve communities and improve outcomes for children and families.

She holds a Master of Public Administration and dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Shippensburg University. She is based in Chambersburg, PA.
