Rosie Pipada

Rosie Pipada is driven by a deep belief in the power of high-quality education to break cycles of poverty across the United States. As an Analyst on the Products & Services Team, she works alongside organizations to transform promising ideas into meaningful solutions for students.

Before joining Watershed, Rosie built a rich foundation in education and policy. She taught 5th grade math in Southeast Washington, D.C., later expanding her role as an elementary reading and math interventionist. She also brought her analytical skills to Dotdash Meredith (now PEOPLE), where she developed educational resources for investors and consumers. Beyond her professional work, Rosie founded and leads 20/20 Vision for All, a nonprofit providing free eye care to children in India.

Rosie holds a degree in Economics from Barnard College, where her senior thesis explored alternative frameworks for evaluating and incentivizing highly effective K–12 teachers — reexamining the broader economic value educators bring to society. She is based in New Jersey, where she grew up.
