Preston Pierce

Preston Pierce is an Analyst at Watershed Advisors on the Strategic Finance Team. He believes in the power of quality education as a tool for personal, social, economic, and generational empowerment.

Preston began his career as a high school science teacher in Boston, Mass. He has also worked in after-school and summer enrichment programs for K-8 students in Michigan. While an undergraduate, Preston worked as a research assistant on projects studying nontraditional community college student populations, various college credit acquisition pathways, career and technical education in K-12 schools, and postsecondary education in prison.

He received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Michigan. He currently resides in New York City, where he enjoys running, reading, and watching movies.
