Olivia O’neill

Olivia O’Neill is an Analyst at Watershed Advisors, where she supports early childhood education projects. She is passionate about building strong systems and infrastructure that help all children and families thrive.

Before joining Watershed, Olivia supported multi-stakeholder work at Harvard’s Center for Education Policy Research. There, she coordinated a public seminar series for doctoral students and managed logistics for the Strategic Data Project fellowship experience. Earlier in her career, she taught first through third grades in Colorado.

Olivia holds a Master’s in Education Leadership and Organizations from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Colby College. Originally from Maryland, she now calls Burlington, Vt., home.
