Lindsay Freeman
Lindsay will be supporting our clients in executing ambitious strategies to align standards, curriculum, assessment, intervention, and educator preparation. Before joining Watershed, she was the Head of Education at Primer Microschools, where she designed innovative educational programs for microschools in Florida and Arizona.
Lindsay previously managed her own consulting practice, focusing on supporting states and districts in implementing high-quality instructional materials and leadership development. Before that, she was a founding member of Coney Island Prep, starting as the middle school principal and eventually becoming the Chief Academic Officer and Chief Schools Officer.
Her career in education began as a middle school math and science teacher in Newark, NJ. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Education Leadership from Montclair State University. Lindsay currently lives in Ohio with her husband and two kids.
