Hannah Malcolm

Hannah Malcolm is an analyst at Watershed Advisors. She is currently supporting projects focused on accountability and tutoring. She believes education systems greatly influence larger society, and a commitment to and investment in education is the most crucial step in catalyzing change for a better, more equitable future.

Hannah recently graduated from the University of Virginia (UVA), where she majored in Youth and Social Innovation with a concentration in Education Policy. She also pursued a double major in History and a minor in Public Policy and Leadership. While at UVA, Hannah worked on the Teachers in the Movement Research Project, studying teachers’ ideas and pedagogy during the civil rights movement. Hannah is a New Jersey native but currently resides in Arlington, Va.
