Aleah McGill

Aleah McGill is an Analyst at Watershed Advisors on the K-12 Systems team, where she supports state governments to strengthen the integration of policy and practice to deliver quality, evidence-informed education initiatives.

Aleah recently graduated from the University of Virginia with her Master of Public Policy, following a B.S. in Youth and Social Innovation and a B.A. in Government. While at UVA, Aleah worked as an assistant preschool teacher and a Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching undergraduates fundamental skills in public policy. Her master’s capstone project explored increasing access to early childhood education in Virginia. Aleah currently resides in Richmond, Va.
