AJ Norman

Anna “AJ” Norman is a proven operations leader who has spent her career developing programs in operational excellence for both large corporations and small startups. As a JPMorgan Chase alumna, AJ spent several years within the Chief Administration Office deploying operational controls and effectiveness strategies to 4,700+ retail branch locations nationwide. She worked to implement sustainable regulation processes that adhered to and exceeded expectations of regulation-passing standards and improved company-wide controls by developing framework to identify, manage, and resolve emerging risk issues.

After leaving Chase, she found a passion in operations consulting, offering short-term strategies for small startups during their inception stage to building larger organizations scaling toward profitability. AJ has been associated with building operational programs for companies listed in Inc. 500, Forbes Finance Council, and Entrepreneur magazine, and has led organizations to be recognized as Regional Top Workplaces.

AJ attended Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, where she earned degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. She is in the process of completing her Executive MBA from Harvard Business School Executive Education. She currently lives in her hometown of Austin, Texas, with her two miniature golden doodles, Oliver and Rufus.
