Robert Algarin serves as the Operations Manager for Watershed Advisors. His responsibilities include onboarding, system integrations, and financial management.

Robert brings to the Watershed team an impressive track record within the finance industry, a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a comprehensive skill set that includes product development, risk analysis, and budget management. Most recently, he served as the Operations Manager for a Forbes 500 company, managing sales contracts, streamlining technology and processes, and fostering team cohesion. Robert is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Austin Community College, in Austin, Texas, where he resides.

Beyond his professional achievements, Robert, a devoted husband and captain of his local volleyball team, embodies a passion for travel, culinary exploration, and music.
