Ali Ulin

Ali is an Analyst at Watershed Advisors, focused on strengthening assessment and school accountability systems.

Ali has deep expertise and experience in place-based apprenticeship programs, career readiness policy, and stakeholder engagement. Before joining Watershed, Ali worked at New America’s Center on Education & Labor, where she supported the Partnership to Advance Youth Apprenticeship. She has also worked with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Center for Education and Workforce.

Ali holds a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in education policy from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in government from Colby College. She is based in Washington, D.C.
